Prices are in U.S. dollars. Taxes are added at checkout where applicable. Yam is a virtual currency for use only in Hiyam; it has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Yam Plus and Yam Plus+ renew every month until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Me > Your Yam > Yam Plus > Stop renewal.

- What do I get?
Free date extras on every date: you plan it or he does, and Ask him again. Up to 1,100 extra Yam a month: 200 when your month starts, then 30 a day. They add up on their own and land the next time you open Yam. Two free looks a day instead of one, and an outfit of your own design each month.
- Do I need to open Yam every day?
No. Your 30 a day (60 on Yam Plus+) add up whether you open Yam or not, and land in full the next time you open it. Days before you stop renewal or your month ends are still paid.
- Is this the same as my daily stamp?
No. Your daily stamp (10 to 25 Yam a day on this week’s card) is free for everyone and keeps going. Yam from Yam Plus comes on top of it.
- What is one Yam worth?
10 Yam is one move, and one move is 5 messages to him. So 100 Yam buys 10 moves, or 50 messages. In packs, one Yam costs about 1 cent. Yam Plus gives up to 1,100 Yam a month (about 110 moves) and Yam Plus+ up to 2,400 (about 240). Yam also buys looks (50), date plans (30) and big unlocks like Season 2 (200).
- Does Yam Plus give more moves?
Not directly. Everyone gets 150 free moves a day, back at 4 AM; 5 messages to him use 1 move. Yam from Yam Plus can buy more: 100 Yam for 10 moves.
- When can I get the $4.99 first month?
Whenever you run out of moves, until you take it. Then $9.99 a month. Nothing is charged unless you choose it.
- How do I get 3 free days?
When the first friend you invite starts playing, you get 3 days of unlimited moves and every Yam Plus perk. They end at 4 AM after the third day.
- What does Yam Plus+ add?
Up to 2,400 extra Yam a month instead of 1,100 (about 240 moves), three free looks a day instead of two, and two outfits of your own design a month. Everything else is the same. A Yam Plus member can move up anytime.
- How does renewal work?
Yam Plus renews every month until you cancel: $9.99 for Yam Plus, $19.99 for Yam Plus+.
- What is the early member price lock?
Join by Dec 31, including with the $4.99 first month, and your price stays $9.99 a month (Yam Plus) or $19.99 a month (Yam Plus+) for as long as you stay, even if it goes up later. If you stop and come back, you pay the price at that time.
- How do I cancel?
Me > Your Yam > Yam Plus > Stop renewal. Yam Plus stays until the end of the time you paid for, and every Yam you have stays yours.
- What is Auto-refill?
A switch in Your Yam. When your free moves run out, 100 of your Yam buys ten more, in every story, so you never stop mid-scene. It pauses when you have under 100 Yam and never charges your card. Turn it off in Me > Your Yam > Auto-refill.
- Can I get a refund?
Purchases are final, and stopping Yam Plus doesn’t refund the month you’re in. If something went wrong, like a purchase by accident or a double charge, email hi@yamstudio.ai and we’ll look into it.
